Obituary of MARCELLA A. UNRUH
Marcella A. Unruh, 86, died May 31, 2000, at Parkside Homes, Hillsboro.

The daughter of Henry and Lydia (Nickel) Groening, she was born Oct. 28, 1913, at Lehigh.

On May 30, 1940, she was married to Walter H. Unruh at Lehigh.

She was a homemaker and member of Parkview Mennonite Brethren Church, Hillsboro, where services were held Monday morning.

Pastor Tim Sullivan was the officiating clergyman. Burial was in Gnadenau Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband, Walter, of the home in Hillsboro; son, Jerald Unruh and wife Kaylene, Hillsboro; daughters, Anabel deWitt and husband Lex, Kimberly, South Africa, Sherry Jost and husband Larry of Lehigh, LaDonna Balzer and husband Stanley, Inman; sister, Gladys Jantz, Hillsboro; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Memorial funds have been established in her name at the church and with Gideons International.
