Donna M. DiPasquale

Skamokawa resident, Donna Marie DiPasquale, 65, passed away December 
15, 2008 at Providence Hospital in Portland, OR. She was born January 
25, 1943 in Portland, OR to Fred and Bernadine (Adams) DiPasquale. She 
graduated from Cleveland High School in 1960. She moved to Skamokawa 
from Portland in 1980.

Donna was a longtime board member for the Wahkiakum County Fair, a 
member of the Redmen Hall - Friends of Skamokawa. She worked at the 
University of Portland in administrative positions. She also worked for 
the LCEDC for several years. She enjoyed fishing, garage sales and 
volunteering. She especially loved her family and friends. She was 
always there to help with her loving smile. She will be missed by all 
who knew her.

She is survived by her daughters Samantha Christensen (Dave) of 
Portland, OR and Wendy Westover of Tigard, OR; sisters Sharon Schmitz 
of Skamokawa and Catherine Woolery of Newport, OR. She is also survived 
by Zain Christensen, the grandson she loved so much; and many nieces 
and nephews.

A celebration of life and luncheon will take place at 1:00 P.M. 
Saturday at J.A. Wendt Elementary School. Memorial contributions may be 
made in Donna DiPasquale’s name to Northwest Cancer Center c/o Dr. 
Rebecca Orwoll 5050 Hoyt St. - Suite 256 Portland, OR 97213. Dowling 
Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
