Lewis F. Closson passed away Tuesday night at his home, six miles southeast of Lodi. He was a native of Logan county, Illinois and was aged 60 years, five months and 23 days. In 1876 he moved with his parents to Nebraska, where he resided until about a year ago, when he moved here.
He is survived by a wife and four children. Archie, who is in the service and stationed at Camp Fravis, Texas, and Edna, Chester and Bessie Closson.
The funeral will be held this afternoon from the parlors of O. H. Wells. Rev. Smith of the Congregational church will officiate and interment will be made in the Lodi cemetery.
