A largely attended funeral was held yesterday afternoon for Mrs. Annie Colvin, who passed away Saturday in a local hospital following a short illness. The services were held at the funeral home of O. H. Wells & Son, with Rev. E. T. Sherman, pastor of the Congregational church, officiating.
Interment was in Lodi cemetery. The pallbearers were Wilson Blair, C. A. James, T. D. Wright, E. J. Weber, H. C. Wetmore and Glenn Black.
Mrs. Colvin was the mother of Victor, Raymond and Richard Colvin, all of Lodi. She was a sister of Frank Brown of Bakersfield. She was a native of Illinois, aged 68 years. She had resided in the Lodi district for many years.
