Mother of Soldier Called to Beyond

Mrs. Carrie Frey of Victor passed away Tuesday evening following a short illness. Deceased was a native of Russia, aged 60 years.

Besides a husband, the following sons and daughters are left to mourn her loss, Andrew, Albina, Philip, Christina, Emma Frey, all of North Dakota; Mrs. Eva Wirth of Idaho; Adam, Martha, Otto and Carrie Frey of Lodi; and August Frey, who is now in France with Pershing's army.

O. H. Wells will have charge of the funeral this afternoon at 2 o'clock from the German Reform church, interment being made in Lodi cemetery.
