Le Roy E. Patton passed away Tuesday at his home at 1941 South Sutter street, Stockton, after a short illness from influenza. Deceased was a native of New Hampshire and was 38 years of age. He was the son of T. T. Patton and brother of the late Charles Patton, who was killed in France October 31st.
The remains were brought to Lodi Tuesday afternoon, and are at the parlors of O. H. Wells. Funeral arrangements will be made later.
