ILL FOUR DAYS OF TYPHOID; IS DEAD

Young Hodgeman County Man Succumbs Here to brief Illness---Burial Yesterday in Maple Grove

Typhoid Fever was the cause of the death of at a local hospital on
Thursday of Carl Simmons, son of Mr. and Mrs. D. S. Simmons of Sawlog Township, Hodgeman County.  Funeral services were held here yesterday and burial was in Maple Grove cemetery yesterday afternoon.

Mr. Simmons was born in Hutchinson on June 7, 1800, and was 19 years old.  He had been ill but four days.
