D/O George Creek and Neva Vangieson Creek. She was married to William H. Emery
and Archie Garner, and they both preceded her in death. She lived in Pawnee from
the early 1960's and moved to Wichita in the early 1970's. While living in
Pawnee she ran Maxine's Cafe, which was known for it's many clocks. Besides her
two husbands, William Emery and Archie Garner, she was preceded by her parents,
George and Neva Creek and daughter, Peggy Emery.
