 of Long Hill Ave., Shelton, CT, died at Griffin Hospital in Derby, CT with his
loving family by his side.  S/O Frank and Elizabeth Pagano of Shelton. He lived
most of his life in Shelton. He graduated from Shelton High School Class of 1971
and continued his education at the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY,
which he graduated from in 1973. He was a Master Chef for over 25 years, working
both in Connecticut and Wichita, KS, where he was the former head chef at the
Angelo's Restaurant and the owner of the former Anthony's Restaurant. He was
most recently the chef at the Ascot Club in Shelton. Frank was an avid sportsman
and greatly enjoyed fishing and hunting with his many friends. He was preceded
in death by son, Michael Pagano.
