b. Bentley KS Sedgwick co, d. Ft. Worth TX Tarrant co, D/O Henry &
Pearl(Stinebaugh) Wolf. Florence began her education at Eagle School in 1920 and
graduated from Bentley High School in 1932 as class valedictorian. She attended
Bethel College, Newton, KS in 1934 and then completed and passed her Teacher's
Examination. She went on to complete her Bachelor Degree at Bethel College in
1954. Florence was an elementary classroom teacher for 44 years and a regular
substitute teacher for 10 years after retirement. Upon retirement she moved to
Bentley, where she lived until moving to Arlington, TX in 2001. Florence was a
lifelong member of Bethany Baptist Church, Bentley, where she taught Sunday
school, played piano and served as Church Treasurer for 45 years. She was also a
member of Eagle EHU.
