Jefferson City News-Tribune, August 16, 2002, Jefferson City, Missouri Emerson Woodrow "Woody" Craghead, 86, Fulton, died Aug. 15, 2002, at Callaway Community Hospital, Fulton. He was born June 17, 1916, in Fulton, a son of Abner M. and Ida Belle Hughes Craghead. He was married April 15, 1942, in Fulton, to Agnes Bernice Kimbell, who survives at the home. He was a caretaker at William Woods stables, retiring in 1978. He was a member of Fulton Odd Fellows Lodge, the American Legion and Richland Baptist Church. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Other survivors include: two daughters, Bonnie Sue Boin and Linda Marie Cunningham, both of Fulton; one sister, Merle Crane, Tucson, Ariz.; two grandsons; and one great-granddaughter.
