Jefferson City News-Tribune, January 2, 2001, Jefferson City, Missouri Thomas Elmo "Bud" Mosley, 93, Fulton, died Dec. 31, 2000 at University of Missouri-Columbia Hospital and Clinics. He was born April 28, 1907, in Fulton, a son of William and Frances Hyten Mosley. He was married Aug. 17, 1929, in Fulton, to Alice V. Wickell, who died April 16, 1989. He worked as a carpenter and farmer. Survivors include: seven daughters, Jean Ousley and Rowena Cooke, both of Fulton, Frances Maddox, Columbia, Barbara Fry, Cold Water, Mich., Donna Rushing, Houston, Texas, Susan Baumgartner, Hallsville, and Marcia Bowie, Humble, Texas; two sons Thomas Elmo "Sonny" Mosley Jr. and Monty Mosley, both of Fulton; 23 grandchildren; step grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. One grandson and one great-granddaughter preceded him in death. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Debo Funeral Home, Fulton. Bruce Williamson will officiate. Burial will be in Callaway Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Thursday. Memorials are suggested to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation.
