Dudley Dooley Dead Dudley Dooley, aged 49, died at his home in Stoutsville Friday. Twenty years ago, during a 4th of July celebration, a dynamite cap exploded in his hand tearing off several fingers, injuring his eyes so badly that he finally went blind, inflicting injury on the neck that grew into a cancer which caused his death. He was a splendid physical specimen when the accident occurred but had been a pitiable wreck of a man since.
