William Shuck

WILLIAM SHUCK

William Shuck died at his home in this city on Friday, February 5, 1904, aged about 82 years.  He was sick about three weeks, the nature of the complaint being bowel troubles. Deceased was a native of Ralls County and moved to Monroe City about 18 years of age. He was very successful in business and by his own labor and management accumulated an estate valued at about twenty-five thousand dollars.  Funeral services took place at the Catholic church, Sunday afternoon, conducted by Fr. D.J. Sullivan.
