Thomas Trussell Monroe County Appeal May 29, 1958 Thomas Trussell, 32, died Saturday morning in Veterans Hospital in Kansas city, where he had been under treatment for a heart condition for three weeks. He had been in poor health since his discharge from the armed services following World War II. He was the son of the late Charles and Viola Trussell, and was born, in Paris, and attended the Paris schools. He later moved to the Moberly vicinity, and lived at Renick at the time of his death. Surviving are his wife and three children, Billy, Jimmy and Sandra Trussell, and two stepchildren, Richard and Dorothy Smith; and four sisters, Mrs. Charlie (Betty Jean) Johnson of Moberly, Mrs. Clyde (Jennie) Knight of Dalton, Mrs Wanda Warford of Detroit, and Mrs. Beverly Jane Ives of Virginia. Funeral services were held at the Cater Funeral Home in Moberly at two o’clock Tuesday afternoon, with burial at Oakland cemetery.
