Antha Buchanan Violette

Mrs. Elbert E Violette, 78, died at Pleasant Rest Home east of Paris Monday afternoon around 4:15.  She had been living there since October, 1955, coming to the home from Florida, where she had lived many years. 

Her remains were taken to Perry and funeral services were held at the South Fork Church Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock, with burial in the church cemetery. 

Mrs. Violette was the former Miss Antha Buchanan, daughter of the late James and Samantha Buchanan, was born in and had lived her life in the Florida community.  Surviving her is one brother, George Buchanan of near Perry, and two nephews and a niece.
